Location: 10 minute walk to Paddington, although 2 tube stations right by the hotel if you don’t like walking! Hotel is above a petrol station, I didn’t hear and traffic which was perfect, also has a Waitrose with a Costa Express machine in. All the extras you could have needed like towels, shower gel, ironing facilities, mini fridge etc. The bed itself… I had the best night sleep ever in this bed And I don’t normally sleep well in hotels! I would definitely return to this hotel just to have a good sleep haha Our room overlooked Hyde Park and Winter Wonderland, was very pretty

The communication with the hotel before arriving was helpful and friendly, all the reception staff were LOVELY and very accommodating, breakfast was great and the dining room team were also excellent. The hotel looked after our luggage before and after check-in and check- out and the location was very handy for Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Natural History Museum etc. Tube station and lots of places to eat within a few hundred metres. We wanted some extra pillows and reception provided these really quickly with no problem. The customer service throughout was really excellent.

Great location opposite The Hyde Park Kensington Gardens, clean rooms and communal areas, like it the floors were not carpeted, felt more hygienic. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Our room looked over the Kensington gardens, it was a deluxe double so was spacious and had two comfortable chairs. Restaurant was clean and bright, well laid out. Buffet breakfast has good variety of cold and hot food.

The food was good, we had breakfast and an evening meal. Our room was ready early so we could just drop our bags and go. Also able to leave our bags on checkout and carry on exploring London.

Close to various metro stations, an easy walk around/through the park, a room with a view of the park and landmarks beyond. Check-in was permitted earlier than expected and that was quite fortunate as my sister was feeling a bit sick/jet lagged. A short 30-minute rest made the rest of the day possible.
